At Seese Pro (KLAAST), we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Seese Pro (KLAAST) garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
